Key Responsibilities
As a Sales and Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Demonstrating a consultative and solutions-based sales approach to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting established sales targets
- Multi-tasking in various systems to ensure customer transactions are completed quickly and accurately
- Positively influencing customers by proposing options and solutions
- Acting as an ambassador for our clients and providing their customers with a superior experience
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Exceptional multitasking skills with productivity tools such as MS Office and Microsoft Windows
- Strong English language skills (verbal and written communication) that translate well across communication channels (i.e. Phone, Email, and SMS)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity
Nice to Have
While not required, experience in the following areas would be an asset:
- Telephone sales or service experience
- Telecommunications industry experience

- A competitive salary of $35,000 - $55,000 per year
