Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting and operations. You'll work closely with our finance and accounting teams to process and analyze financial data, identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

* Process and analyze financial data from various sources, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

  • Identify trends and areas for improvement in financial operations and reporting
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business planning and decision-making
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders, including finance and accounting teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and excellence in financial operations and reporting

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in financial operations and reporting, with a focus on data entry and analysis
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts, including GAAP and financial modeling
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, including finance and accounting teams
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including NetSuite, Coupa, and GSuite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • CPA certification or equivalent
  • Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance, including SOX and PCAOB
  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, including Tableau and Power BI
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
