Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist (Typist) at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system, sourced from a continuous influx of images. You will be responsible for identifying various document types, reviewing and validating entered data, and upholding the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in adherence to HIPAA regulations. Your exceptional attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and typing proficiency will enable you to efficiently complete all assigned tasks on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter data into our QuickClaim system sourced from a continuous influx of images.

• Identify various document types as per the provided guidelines.
• Review and validate entered data to ensure compliance with our high-quality standards.
• Uphold the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Engage professionally with colleagues as required.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for process enhancements.
• Ensure the completion of all assigned tasks efficiently on a daily basis.
• Execute additional basic office duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

* Hourly Pay: $12 per hour

• Available Shifts: Flexible part-time and full-time positions, with a preference for full-time, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Shift Hours: Flexible work hours available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
