Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Specialist I, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and refreshing logistics data for designated vendors, guaranteeing timely and precise entries.
- Detecting and rectifying any vendor-related or local delivery complications.
- Engaging in effective communication with vendors to resolve issues and adjust delivery timelines as required.
- Elevating complex problems to supervisors for advanced resolution.
- Collaborating with various teams to amend inaccurate merchant data and ensure uniformity across systems.
- Compiling and structuring item-level data supplied by merchants, ensuring consistency with internal product identifiers and descriptions.
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional communication abilities, with a proven capacity to work harmoniously with vendors and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with proficient problem-solving skills.
