Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide information and assistance
- Utilizing computerized systems to input and track customer orders and inquiries
- Assisting with sales inquiries and providing product information
- Maintaining office organization and assisting with administrative tasks
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
- Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Providing multilingual support when necessary
- Supporting customers with cash handling transactions
- Demonstrating excellent phone etiquette at all times
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field (preferably in a remote or call center environment)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
