Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support. You'll be the face of our organization, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Create or update records with new files and information in our electronic database
- Ensure that sensitive information is safeguarded and maintained in accordance with arenaflex's confidentiality policies
- Update records with new information and input paperwork into our electronic database
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handling time
Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in electronic database management a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
