Job Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll play a critical role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:
- Maintaining our customer database with accurate and up-to-date information
- Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians
- Routing technicians based on location to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and concerns
Schedule
* Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday)
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
- The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to enter information into our customer database (Service Titan)
Remote Work Requirements
