What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through various communication channels to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and provide exceptional service. You'll be working remotely, but you'll be part of a dynamic team that's connected and collaborative. Your day will be filled with opportunities to make a real difference in the lives of our customers, and we're excited to have you on board.

A Typical Day

* Answer incoming communications from customers, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved to their satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

What You Bring to the Role

* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service

  • Reside within the North Region, with a strong understanding of the local market and culture
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills
  • Product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain complex concepts to customers
  • Computer experience, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • High-speed internet (40mbps or faster) to ensure seamless communication with customers and colleagues
