Job Summary
We're urgently hiring a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you'll be responsible for connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in potential compensation, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities
As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with individuals through an automated dialer, with the goal of speaking to 40-50 callers per day, of which 1-5 may qualify for compensation
- Multitasking, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows
- Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates
- Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI) and Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to manage interactions and follow scripts
- Participating in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Assisting with other projects as needed
- Troubleshooting basic IT problems and providing self-serviced solutions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- A competitive mindset, with a focus on team performance and individual results
- The ability to work 40+ hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
- Residency in the State of Florida or New Jersey
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace
- A reliable, hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
- High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum)
- A reliable noise-cancellation headset (wired via USB)
- Strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles
- 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with VICI and CRM software
- Strong knowledge of sales and customer service principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with training and development programs
