Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Technician Data Entry, Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:

  • Data entry and order processing in our pharmacy system
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers
  • Collaborating with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing
  • Triaging customer service requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Calculating and verifying correct dosages based on prescriptions
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
  • One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry software

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience are preferred:

  • Prior experience in the long-term care industry
  • PTCB National Certification
  • Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
