Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Part-time Research & Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for maintaining arenaflex's proprietary "Rides in Sight" database, which provides a comprehensive list of transportation options for seniors. You will also be the primary point of contact for seniors seeking information about local transportation options, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities
As a Part-time Research & Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering telephone calls from older adults on arenaflex's Rides in Sight hotline, helping connect them with the best transportation options to meet their needs
- Maintaining the Rides in Sight database by performing internet research and database maintenance
- Accepting other related duties and tasks as required
- Collaborating with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless communication and support
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to seniors seeking transportation options
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with seniors and other stakeholders
- Comfortable speaking over the telephone and possessing positive and professional telephone etiquette
- Highly organized and attentive to detail, with the ability to concentrate on one task for several hours at a time
- Collaborative work style, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Nonprofit experience preferred but not required
