Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Part-time Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work with us on a 3-4 month contract, with the potential to extend or lead to a permanent position. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our internal and external systems, ensuring the integrity of client information and payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter client employee payroll information and personal employee information into databases in a timely and accurate manner.
- Update client or company level information changes, such as delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of client taxes by inputting State Unemployment Insurance rate changes.
- Work with clients to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies.
- Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of Data Entry experience.
- Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Excel experience (1 year or more).
