As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members through inbound and outbound calling, establishing consultations, conducting discussions, and maintaining good customer connections. - Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calling, establishing consultations, conducting discussions, and maintaining good customer connections.
- Establish and maintain relationships with members of unions that request our benefits.
- Use simple computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in quality assurance and leadership development initiatives to continuously improve our services.
- Interact successfully with individuals and teams, including management and staff members.
- Work collaboratively as a team player to achieve our goals and objectives.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Exceptional customer association and interaction capabilities, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Upbeat and beneficial mindset, with a positive energy and attitude.
- Ability to interact successfully with all levels of management and staff members.
- Legally licensed to operate in the US, Canada, or UK.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer Service and/or Consumer Sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and leadership development principles.
