Job Overview:

As an Online Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, helping customers resolve issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on using our website, mobile app, and services. Responsibilities:

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution

Requirements:
