Experienced Manager, Customer Insights Retail Media Network – Driving Business Growth through Data-Driven Strategies

Your Impact
As a Manager of Customer Insights on the arenaflex Retail Media Networks (RMN), you'll engage directly with our clients to review their media investments, identify areas for optimization, and develop strategies to grow their business. You'll work closely with sales and account management teams to formulate media plans, develop test and learn plans, and elevate our clients' understanding of the arenaflex customer. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving media performance, and enhancing our clients' overall experience.
What You'll Do
* Develop annual strategic learning plans for business(es) supported, aligning with arenaflex's overall business objectives
- Lead Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Serve as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations to internal partners, external clients, and agencies
- Synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into actionable recommendations for future media investments, driving business growth and improving media performance
- Oversee the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, and standardized reporting
- Tell compelling data stories that support sales pitches, case studies, and other key deliverables
- Oversee omnichannel advertising efforts, aggregating insights to support client-facing teams (e.g., sales and account management)
- Partner with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback
- Integrate knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to arenaflex's RMN Insights team and the broader retail media business
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative
- 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics
- Proven experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management
- Expertise in storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way
- Experience with A/B testing and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sequel, or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's Degree in a related field (e.g., Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA)
- Proven experience in leading teams and driving business impact
- Experience managing global teams and working in a retail environment
- Expertise in working with analytic/research software (e.g., SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.)

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually, with a starting rate of pay based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. arenaflex also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
