The Role

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction. You'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers via live chat, email, and phone to provide support and guidance. Your exceptional communication skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries promptly via live chat, providing professional and accurate information to resolve their issues and concerns.

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of arenaflex services, including our testing, monitoring, and consulting services, to offer relevant solutions and support to customers.
  • Identify customer concerns and challenges, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Track customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments to improve our services and processes.
  • Strive towards achieving targets for customer satisfaction and engagement, continuously seeking ways to improve our customer experience.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; higher educational level is a plus.

  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is beneficial, but not required.
  • Familiarity with live chat platforms or similar customer service software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Nice-to-Haves

* Experience in the environmental services and industrial hygiene industry, with knowledge of toxicology or chemistry.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in a second language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience with CRM software and office applications, such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
