arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team on a seasonal, part-time basis. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or customer-facing role)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Ability to work in a Windows or OSX environment
  • Strong typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
  • Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
