The Opportunity
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer calls and providing exceptional service to our customers. You will work from home, using our state-of-the-art technology to connect with customers and resolve their issues. This is a hybrid role that requires a strong and diverse skillset, including problem-solving, communication, and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional service to our customers
- Problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations while sustaining a high-paced call volume
- Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
- Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
- Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
What You Bring
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
- Experience working with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
- Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating system and high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting rate of $15.00/hour
- $1.00/hour additional for any hours worked 6pm-6am
- $1.00 for every hour worked 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on Sunday

System Requirements
- Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
- Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
- High-speed internet connection. Satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option
- Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported
