Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or a related field
* 2+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a client-facing role * Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and networking *
Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
* Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmentalized Data (TS/SCI) Exceptional status * Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material stages *
Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies
* Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques * Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT innovation space
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work closely with our Technical Outreach teams to identify and deliver the growth of arenaflex Cloud to our clients. You'll assist prospective clients and partners in understanding the power of arenaflex Cloud, explaining technical features, helping clients design architectures, participating in proof-of-concepts, and investigating potential roadblocks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Distinguish business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and design client solutions to meet assembled requirements * Lead technical projects, technology support, bid response, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical assets * Convey product messaging for the arenaflex Cloud Platform by using whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents * Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice counsel to clients to enhance arenaflex Cloud platform effectiveness *
Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as needed
