The Role

As a Customer Experience Concierge at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional service to our valued customers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences that exceed our customers' expectations, while also embodying the arenaflex values of integrity, innovation, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and provide access to customers upon arrival at reception

• Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Create innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and enthusiasm
• Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
• Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations to enhance customers' experiences
• Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance to support customers' travel needs
• Collaborate with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate customers' needs

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers

• Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred (Travel reservation experience a plus)
• Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
• Exceptional communication skills, delighting customers with every interaction
• Ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction
• Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions
• Ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
• Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing customers' experiences
• Resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment
• Ability to utilize and switch between multiple technology platforms with ease
• Adapt to an ever-changing environment and demonstrate resilience
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks
