Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

  • Data Entry and Management: Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure accuracy.
  • Data Analysis and Research: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output to ensure data integrity.
  • Database Management: Compiling, verifying, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Reporting and Backup: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations as needed.
  • Document Scanning and Printing: Scanning documents and printing files when required.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong computer skills: Experience with touch typing systems and database management tools.
  • Attention to detail: A keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail to ensure data integrity.
  • Analytical thinking: Ability to think critically and analytically to resolve data-related issues.
  • Data entry experience: Experience working in a data entry role is a plus, but not required.
