Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on:

• Engaging with customers and offering tailored services that exceed their expectations
• Initiating with customers by working alongside our customer service and sales team members to expand the customer base and generate company revenue
• Providing support to each customer, answering inquiries, troubleshooting services, and ensuring each delivery is met on time to complete the customer experience
• Obtaining a comprehensive and extensive knowledge of products and promotions by attending weekly team meetings
• Ensuring all operations are under company compliance guidelines
• Acquiring new and existing customers' information in a professional manner that builds customer trust and loyalty
• Working closely with other team members and departments to drive sales and consumer acquisitions while maintaining superior customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Experience in a customer service, customer support, or similar role is preferred
• The ability to handle customer information and data in a responsible manner
• Active listening skills to be the primary point of contact for each customer and provide essential customer support
• Proven ability to problem-solve on the spot, multitask to manage multiple accounts

Compensation and Benefits
