The Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Technical Specialist – Datacom and Customer Support, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring the timely resolution of technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our video and interactive systems, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert-level technical support to customers, addressing a wide range of issues related to video and interactive systems, including server upgrades, video installations, and crisis maintenance.

• Collaborate with the Resort Designing Group, FAM, OSI, and WDI to ensure seamless integration and operation of our systems.
• Develop and present metrics on uptime, usage, trends, and opportunities to drive business growth and improvement.
• Ensure telecom network maintains up-to-date software and security patches.
• Manage substitution and backup parts for all installations.
• Provide level 2 support for emergency break/fix of any Telecom services devices through Assistance NOW.
• Responsible for maintaining and supporting Video Head End IP, RF QAM, and transcoding video.
• Partner with other DPEP groups and service providers to deliver efficient technical solutions.
• Oversee the device refresh and recycling programs.
• Conduct in-depth investigations with field specialists.
• Manage vendor relationships.

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in the AV/Technology Industry, with a strong understanding of video and sound merchant applications (Sonify, QSC, Crestron, IOT, Synamedia, Genetec, SevOne, Forward Organizations, Splunk, Zabbix, Infoblox, etc.).

• 3+ years of network switching and routing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP Workplace, and Assistance NOW.
• Strong comprehension of big business video distribution support, sustainment, and execution.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and blackouts.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of investigation and reporting tools like Scene, Power BI.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to meet designated deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn new software applications.
• Ability to work on Saturday or Sunday, as well as nighttime, as required by client and business needs.
• Self-motivated and driven.

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in the AV or technology Industry, with experience in video distribution, encoding, sound mixes, and IOT devices.

• 3+ years of network switching and routing experience.

Education

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Video Technology, Data Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analysis, or other related logical or technical discipline.

• Or, relevant certifications or comparable work experience.

Licenses/Training

* Vendor-related certifications and training (QSC, Synamedia, Cisco, etc.).
