Job Description

arenaflex's Business Intelligence and Analytics team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Analyst to support the business through data analysis, investigation, and knowledge creation for our trade and development item surface regions. This position will assist the business in addressing key questions concerning the performance of various sign-up and trade streams, identify patterns in structured and unstructured data, and develop proposals to improve business performance. The analyst will be instrumental in driving the utilization of data analysis as a key income driver to increase recruits and business changes across multiple newly extended worldwide tiering drives.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble investigations, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that offers critical support to the activities and decision-making for the sign-up and trade item spaces.

• Answer business questions and provide insightful expertise on the different trade streams on D+ and Hulu to improve the customer experience and increase changes.
• Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of diagnostic solutions, and deliver remarkable data insights and products.
• Use data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Utilize statistical and inferential insights (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Component Analysis, etc.) to understand partner behaviors/values, and have an impact across the business.

Essential Qualifications

* Unrelenting interest, high analytical and scientific strength, and an enthusiastic quest for data-driven insights and business results.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
• 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in an information and analytics space with excellent SQL, Python, or R skills for complex questioning, high-level analysis, performance enhancement, and working with data at scale.
• Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from ambiguous requirements, to a successful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a tangible business result.
• Excellent relational and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. Ability to present to senior management.

* Master's Degree in a quantitative field

• Shown data perception skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Knowledge of marketing landing pages, join pipe, and trade spaces
