Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing large-scale, high-layered data to inform business decisions, identify untapped client needs, and optimize content delivery. You will work closely with our content team to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive engagement and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-layered data to inform business decisions
- Investigate client behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Predict content engagement to inform securing decisions
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize content delivery and episode release methodology
- Test marketing methodologies to improve engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
- Provide specialized data analysis support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
- Experience in statistical analysis and AI procedures: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- Passion for media and entertainment
