Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist – Live Chat and Email. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through live chat and email interactions. You will be the primary point of contact for customers who require assistance with troubleshooting and servicing covered products, and you will be expected to provide timely and effective solutions to their queries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to incoming chats and emails from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring that their issues are resolved to their satisfaction
- Troubleshoot issues related to covered products, using your technical skills and knowledge to resolve complex problems
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all communication is documented and easily accessible
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality, sharing best practices and knowledge to enhance the overall customer experience
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a technical environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service
