What You Will Be Doing

As a Customer Support Specialist - Americas, Remote, you will play a critical role in supporting our users before, during, and after their events. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including email, phone, and chat
  • Running regular webinars for event organizers and exhibitors to educate them on the latest features and best practices
  • Collaborating with the event team to create engaging content for attendees, exhibitors, and organizers
  • Providing online and/or onsite support for events throughout their duration
  • Serving as the voice of our users to improve our product and services

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who is passionate about customer support and event technology. Your profile should include:

  • A high level of English and any other language will be appreciated
  • Prior experience in customer service, support, or project management
  • Experience and/or interest in tech and events
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative with the ability to work autonomously
  • Service-oriented and empathetic toward clients
  • Startup mindset - ready to learn, adapt, and initiate quickly
  • Passionate, proactive, and involved
  • Optimistic and calm when under pressure
