Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative / Contact Center Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including telephone, email, and chat support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Telephone Support: Provide professional, caring, and responsive support to customers via phone, ensuring that their questions are answered completely and their issues are resolved promptly. Log all customer interactions in the appropriate ticketing system.
  • Email & Chat Support: Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions. Enter customer information and resolution in the ticketing system.
  • Skill Improvement: Continuously strive to improve your cognitive and customer service skills, including proficiency with supported products, problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Communication: Share feedback and suggestions with your supervisor or department manager to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Support Coworkers: Provide procedural advice and assistance to other representatives to ensure seamless support operations.
  • Client Relationships: Maintain positive working relationships with support clients and ensure that all support functions are delivered within the guidelines of the contact center and client policies and procedures.
  • Productivity: Meet departmental productivity standards while maintaining accuracy in the ticketing system.

Required Education

* High School or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.

Required Skills

* Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, employees, superiors, and business contacts in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills: Strong listening skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and intermediate to advanced computer skills with emphasis on Internet knowledge.
  • Aptitude for Customer Care: Provide superior customer care and exhibit dependability, adaptability, and flexibility.
  • Basic Math Skills: Basic math skills are required for this role.
  • Creative Thinking: Demonstrate creative thinking and reasoning ability.

Preferred Skills

* Sales, Marketing, or Promotions Experience: Experience in sales, marketing, or promotions is preferred but not required.
