The Role
As an Experienced Customer Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct telephone support to customers, analyzing and resolving complex issues with judgment and expertise
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the judicial and court processes
- Collaborating with the Client Satisfaction Manager and other teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including knowledge base articles and technical guides
- Participating in quality monitoring and follow-up activities to ensure high-quality customer support
- Working independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve customer support and services
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in requirements gathering, functional specifications, and technical documentation
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
- Proven understanding of the software development lifecycle, from planning to implementation and maintenance
- Quality-focused, organized, and deadline-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment, interacting with diverse groups, including executives, managers, customers, and subject matter experts
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Experience with UI design and/or judicial/court process a plus, but not required

Compensation and Benefits
The base compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $130,000, depending on location and experience. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including market-competitive health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance programs, as well as a competitive 401(k) plan with company match.
