Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Phones and Chat, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, chat, and email. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, managing expectations, and delivering a positive experience that fosters long-term relationships. Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner

  • Identify the type of assistance needed and ascertain the level of assistance required to resolve the inquiry
  • Deliver all information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients
  • Manage customer expectations and actively engage customers in online chat contexts
  • Provide mail support to the Mail Center Manager by performing duties such as mail sorting, digital uploading, dispensing, etc.
  • Additional duties as assigned and deemed appropriate per level, including but not limited to handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting

Requirements

  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues when necessary
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment

  • Knowledge of the digital mailbox industry and its applications
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)

Training and Onboarding

* A two-week, paid training program that includes both in-person and online components

  • The first week of training will take place in the Dallas office, and the second week may be held in Dallas or at our headquarters in New York
