Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone interactions, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering personalized solutions
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including account management, trading, and investment products
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or financial services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated history of overcoming challenges and achieving results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to pass a background investigation, credit check, and pre-employment drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in financial services, including account management, trading, and investment products
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and products
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work setting, with a requirement to work onsite at a arenaflex work location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks
