Job Summary
As a Customer Service Partner, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints, including sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications. You'll ensure that good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly and effectively, in accordance with consumer laws. Your proactive approach will drive organization-wide initiatives to inform and educate customers, and you'll develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications
- Ensure good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly and effectively, in accordance with consumer laws
- Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers
- Develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to address customer concerns and issues
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and complaints
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools and technologies
