Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing them with exceptional support and guidance on their healthcare plans. You'll work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two calls are ever the same. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with our members and provide them with the support they need.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Answering inbound calls, responding to emails, and resolving member complaints and concerns
- Providing guidance and support to members on their healthcare plans, including benefits, coverage, and eligibility
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our members
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of member interactions and issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field or industry
- Partners degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Strong knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
