Job Overview

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience when picking up or returning packages at our Locker retail locations. You'll be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. You'll also be the primary point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery

• Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and resolving issues
• Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using critical thinking and creativity to find solutions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and safety
• Manage responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing the site
• Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receive truck deliveries and ensure that packages are properly stored and prepared for customer pickup

Physical Demands

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking for up to five hours, and using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items around. You'll also be required to go up and down stairs, where applicable.

• Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to those found in a grocery store.
• Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety, including wearing comfortable, closed-toe shoes and protective safety footwear in select business units.

Requirements

* 18 years or older

• Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience preferred
