Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, handling a wide range of inquiries and issues. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
- Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
- Troubleshooting software issues and providing technical support to customers and service providers
- Collaborating with our remote team to resolve complex customer issues and improve our services
- Staying up-to-date with our platform and services to provide accurate and informed support
Essential Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
