What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Associate I, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound and outbound calls. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering 40-50 calls per day, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Assisting customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information
  • Discussing customer benefits such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR
  • Assisting customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
  • Maintaining a professional and supportive demeanor while addressing customer inquiries

What Is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months customer service experience
  • Call center experience is a plus
  • Must reside within 60 miles of the office location
  • Attendance required for the first 90 days of training
  • Availability to work during business hours after training

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

If you have experience in a customer service role within the mortgage or financial services industry, you'll have a strong advantage. Additionally, familiarity with mortgage payment processes and customer service best practices will be beneficial. Your ability to navigate customer service software and systems efficiently will also be a plus.
