What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Service Associate I, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound and outbound calls. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering 40-50 calls per day, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Assisting customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information
- Discussing customer benefits such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR
- Assisting customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
- Maintaining a professional and supportive demeanor while addressing customer inquiries
What Is Required (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Call center experience is a plus
- Must reside within 60 miles of the office location
- Attendance required for the first 90 days of training
- Availability to work during business hours after training
