Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers through live chat messaging on their website or social media accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to provide unique solutions to customers

Essential Qualifications

* Basic English Writing Skills: You'll need to have a solid understanding of written English and be able to communicate effectively through live chat messaging.

  • Reliable Internet Connectivity: You'll need to have a reliable internet connection to perform your duties.

  • Basic Computer Skills: You'll need to have basic computer skills, including the ability to use live chat software and other digital tools.
