Experienced Part-Time Customer Experience Advisor – Remote Support Specialist

What You'll Do
As a Part-Time Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, including email and live chat. You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer issues, provide product recommendations, and build strong relationships with our customers. Your role will be critical in helping us achieve our goal of creating a seamless and enjoyable customer experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service through email and live chat
- Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
- Using internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments
- Identifying and resolving customer pain points and trends to optimize their experience
- Collaborating with our internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide product recommendations
- Building strong relationships with our customers through personalized communication and support
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a self-starter who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be a creative and innovative problem solver who's always thinking outside the box, and you'll be able to adapt your communication style to suit different audiences. You'll be highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once. Some of the essential qualifications for this role include:

- A creative and innovative problem solver who's always thinking outside the box
- A sensitive and skillful communicator who can adapt their tone and communication style to suit different audiences
- Eager to learn new technology systems and procedures
- Able to juggle multiple tasks at once while remaining extremely organized and attentive to detail
- Highly proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows (keyboard shortcuts are the secret to your success!)
- Able to stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision
- Excited to represent arenaflex and facilitate meaningful customer interactions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome)
- Have a quiet work space with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts
- Able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
- Available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
- Has reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router – a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided!
- Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Extra Credit
While not required, experience in customer service and working from home will be a plus. You'll also need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
