Job Summary

As a Customer Care Team Lead at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Assist Customer Care Representatives with day-to-day activities and provide them with guidance and motivation.
  • Train, coach, and track daily production & daily attendance.
  • Handle all escalated requests, whether via written correspondence or via phone.
  • Provide support to the team in a fast-paced Call Center environment, with the primary objective of delivering exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and motivate a team of Customer Care Representatives to achieve specific goals and objectives.

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to ensure they're meeting performance expectations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being able to multi-task.
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve with urgency.
  • Ability to work variable schedules, including evenings and weekends, based on call center needs.
  • Timeshare/hospitality background preferred.
  • Strong sense of customer service with enthusiastic, energetic, and professional behavior.
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet, along with basic data entry and word processing skills.
  • Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Large Call Center environment experience preferred.
  • Sales experience preferred.
