The Opportunity
As a Customer Care Specialist I - Account Services, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure their satisfaction. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will make you a rockstar in our call center!
Key Responsibilities
* Assess customers' needs, suggest products and services, and provide personalized solutions to meet their home and business needs
- Adjust billing, negotiate claims, and arrange product substitutions/returns to resolve customer concerns
- Remain current on arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations
- Own the customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive, engaging, and memorable
What You'll Need
* High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
- 6 months of experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens
- 1 or more years of customer service experience
- Strong skills in creating an exceptional customer experience, sales orientation, multi-tasking, building customer rapport, and problem-solving
- Ability to learn and apply new procedures, adapt to constant change, and work in a highly structured call center environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, solid analytical skills, and a strong aptitude for helping customers
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, not specific to just Call Centers
- Strong ability to adapt to constant change and a customer experience focus
