Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth package delivery experience
- Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery
- Partnering with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
- Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business

Requirements:
To succeed as a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will need:
- The ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

- Strong attention to detail and data entry/typing skills, with a minimum of 30 words per minute
