Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and guidance to help them achieve their business objectives and get the most out of our ChatGPT product. You will work closely with our Business, Product, and Design teams to identify and address client needs, develop and execute client success plans, and scale our support operations to meet the growing demands of our business.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support and guidance to clients, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and needs
  • Execute and run client training and enablement sessions, using a "train the coach" model to empower scale
  • Create and execute client success plans that set clear goals, identify potential challenges, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and timelines
  • Systematize best practices, guides, and FAQs based on client interactions and feedback
  • Gather and hand-off client feedback to internal stakeholders, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate closely with our Outreach team to ensure seamless handoffs between pre- and post-sales activities
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in our product and processes, working with cross-functional teams to drive change and innovation

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, communications)

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proactive and solution-focused, with a strong ability to identify and address client needs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on accountability and results

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with AI or machine learning products and technologies

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and principles
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
  • Strong knowledge of customer success strategies and best practices
  • Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Success Manager)
