Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and dynamic Chat Support Specialist to join our expanding team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time position, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely, balancing both personal and professional commitments. Your resilience and drive will be critical as you navigate customer inquiries and challenges, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and issues efficiently via chat channels, ensuring clarity and professionalism while maintaining a positive demeanor. - Utilize critical thinking skills to diagnose customer issues, providing insightful solutions or assistance promptly. - Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system, ensuring that records are complete and useful for future reference. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer requests are managed effectively and efficiently. - Monitor chat queues to maintain optimal response times and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary. - Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to continually improve product knowledge and enhance customer service techniques. - Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for process improvement and contribute ideas that could enhance customer satisfaction. - Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively communicate the value and usage of arenaflex products. - Exercise leadership qualities by mentoring new team members as needed and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a chat support role or similar setting. - Strong technical aptitude with a good understanding of chat support tools and CRM systems. - Excellent written communication skills with a knack for articulating technical concepts in a user-friendly manner. - Resilient personality with the ability to handle stressful situations while remaining calm and productive. - Driven individual who is motivated by customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. - Proven ability to engage in critical thinking, consistently demonstrating sound judgment and effective problem-solving skills. - Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and assist others in a team setting. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time and workload effectively.
