The Role

As a Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer issues, answering product-related questions, and providing sales support to drive revenue growth. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two conversations are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns related to products, orders, and shipping
  • Provide sales support to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Fast and accurate typing skills, with a minimum of 40 WPM
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry

  • Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, or a related field
  • Sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
