Key Responsibilities As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns * Providing detailed information about our clients' products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing * Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review * Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis * Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments * Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Chat Specialist, you'll need: * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus) * Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment * Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic work environment Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates who possess: * Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field * Strong knowledge of automotive products and services * Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals Requirements To be considered for this role, you'll need: * Your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse * A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position) * Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT * Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred Compensation and Benefits As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect: * A competitive hourly salary of $13 per hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan * Access to cutting-edge technology and training programs to help you succeed in your role Work Environment and Culture At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and success of our employees.
