Responsibilities
As a chat support specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the front-liner in our chat support system, addressing customer inquiries with precision and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in dynamic live chat interactions with customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Recommending technical solutions to customers, from troubleshooting common platform glitches to guiding users through our product's features

Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need to meet the following criteria:
- Eligibility to work within the U.S. and a minimum age of 18 years
- A functional device (phone, laptop, or tablet) that can effectively run chat software, complemented by a stable internet connection
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills
- A commitment to be available for at least 10 hours weekly, with opportunities to work up to 40 hours based on demand
