Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apple Specialist to join our team in a seasonal role. As a Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, advising and selling Apple products, and staying up-to-date on the latest news and initiatives. You'll work closely with your store team members to foster a culture of inclusion and diversity, where everyone belongs and is inspired to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences, uncovering customers' needs and providing meaningful solutions

  • Advise and sell Apple products, including setting up and configuring devices
  • Maintain visual merchandising and assist team members with various tasks
  • Stay up-to-date on news about products and initiatives, ready to apply your learning in customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of inclusion and diversity
  • Meet productivity and performance goals, contributing to the overall success of the store

* Agility to learn new products and features, with an interest in technology, particularly Apple products

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
