Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apple Specialist to join our team in a seasonal role. As a Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, advising and selling Apple products, and staying up-to-date on the latest news and initiatives. You'll work closely with your store team members to foster a culture of inclusion and diversity, where everyone belongs and is inspired to do their best work.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences, uncovering customers' needs and providing meaningful solutions
- Advise and sell Apple products, including setting up and configuring devices
- Maintain visual merchandising and assist team members with various tasks
- Stay up-to-date on news about products and initiatives, ready to apply your learning in customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of inclusion and diversity
- Meet productivity and performance goals, contributing to the overall success of the store

Essential Qualifications
