Job Summary

As a Part-time Remote Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries with precision and professionalism. You'll work collaboratively in a remote team environment to meet and exceed goals, and you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company.

Responsibilities

* Provide friendly and efficient customer service via phone, email, and chat

• Troubleshoot problems and provide timely and accurate solutions to customer queries
• Maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to aid in customer education
• Uphold company standards during every customer interaction
• Offer personalized recommendations and brief customers on new or updated information
• Work collaboratively in a remote team environment to meet and exceed goals
• Document and escalate cases according to company policy

Requirements

* Must be based in the United States and legally eligible to work

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a structured environment for the duration of your shift
• Proficient in using technology and software for remote communication
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
