Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance customer service skills
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality
Key Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field; medical experience a plus

- Ability to work varied shifts, including days and evenings
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures (if applicable)
