The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our clients. - Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats from clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns

Requirements
